On Feb. 29, 2004, Hugo Chavez called George W. Bush (the “Prezdent”) an“asshole”:

On March 19, 2004, Chinese diplomats were in Caracas offering to buy all of Venezuela’s US production if the Neo-Jacobins made any move to destabilize Venezuela.
Christmas 2004:
Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez has offered China wide-ranging access to the country’s oil reserves.

One month later:
The two countries signed memorandums of understanding on the peaceful utilization of the outer space, on ocean shipping, and an agreement on oil and gas exploitation.

(this article also mentions that the American quasi-colony called “Canada” is allowing China to access the huge tar sand assets…curious…)

The drug-dealers in the CIA and Wall Street will use their lap dog clients in Columbia to stage an attack on the pipeli…and then blame it on FARC, Muslim fanatics, Crazed Circus Clowns, Rabid Puppies, or whatever the “villain of choice” happens to be on American television that week. Then the American troops that are stationed there as a part of “Plan Colombia” will come under attack, prompting the Cheney administration to inject troops and $$ as a part of the“war on terra”.
Lap dog?
Hey! That certainly sounds like the policy of an American client in Central or South America!

Especially the part about Colombia’s elite siphoning American taxpayer dollars!
