Videotaping Illegal Activity, Etc.

If possible, please cite specific instances. It’s not a question about the laws themselves.

Has a video-taker ever been prosecuted, in civil or criminal court, or otherwise disciplined, for the following:

(I especially want to know about cases in where foreigners took the video.)

  1. Taking a video and sending it to government agencies and other authorities

  2. Taking videos with both children and adults, without consent or knowledge from the adults, or the parents of the children, when the video taker is an observer.

  3. Sharing videos publicly (i.e. newspapers, Facebook and other websites)

  4. Videotaping illegal or immoral activities, where parties involved are fired, prosecuted, sued, etc. as a result of the video

Thanks in advance.

Me thinks you are up to something here.
First the odd Filipino questions and now this.

Can you explain why you are inquiring?

Why do you need to take a video?

If you know someone illegally working, you can report it without videotaping.

Or, are you reported with a video, and want a video taker prosecuted?
