Visa arrangement

i am wondering who can help me get a visa to taiwan. i am a filipino national working abroad. the embassy of taiwan here told me that i need a letter from either a national or anyone who has an ARC back there. I am a travel agent here, but we dont have contacts in taiwan. If anybody can help me there, i am planning to visit my friend, but she is very new there, and the embassy might refuse.
if anybody can help me.
thank you.

The problem with this approach is that if you intend to travel individually the person here may be required to act as guarantor for you and a stranger will be unlikely to be willing to do that.

yup!i think so.thats my problem now.i dont know maybe i can pay someone to do that for me.or as a guarantee i can leave my passport or credit cards. i ask the embassy in philippines, they dont require the letter but they need bank statements and everything, with that have no problem, but since im not travelling from my country its to hard to obtain visa from here. i have a multiple us visa , schengen… gosh! how can i go there!actually they need only flight and accomodation booking, letter from the company and the letter…hey guys… i dont mean to overstay in your country… help me.

hmmm… sounds a little fishy to me!

You’re coming to visit a friend? Wait until he/she gets an ARC.

:help: shes having ARc.but shes new and just starting.since i will on vacation by next month, i would include taiwan in my itinerary. i dont have plans to stay there. maybe you culd me contacts of travel agencies back…maybe they can help, since i am working in an airline. :help:

Absolutely doesn’t matter. If she has an ARC, she can sponsor your visit.
