I need to get the 60 day visa but they are wanting a bank statement here in korea at the consulate…I only cary travellers cheques…any advice…i really hate koreans some days
How soon are you coing to Taiwan? If you have internet banking you could call your bank in your country of origin/residence/passport/ issue. Asking for a bank statement or proof of a credit card is fairly much standard practice but what they really want is proof of funds…maybe you could photocopy your traveller cheques.
