A friend is planning to visit me in Taiwan, but she needs to bring certain prescription drugs for herself (antipsychotic and antidepressants). Is there a possibility that she’d get into trouble at customs?

They’re looking for mostly pork these days and drugs like meth, coke, and h. Couldn’t care less about some pills.

You can probably stock up on them at the drug store here for cheaper than back home, even with insurance.

Bring the prescription from a doctor with the pills. The pills should only be the amount to match the amount of days she is staying. No one would bring let’s say 500 pills for a one week visit.
