How hard is it to invite a PRC national to do training in Taiwan (IT software related) for around a week to 2 weeks. Can anyone advise me on the current Taiwan regulations, as well as the procedures.

I don’t think it’s possible, unless of course they’re super voice girl, or some such.

I’m not sure what the definitive answer is, but it may prove so troublesome that you may want to consider something like video conferencing.
