Well I’ll be damned. Dole/Kemp '96 has aged better than Joe Biden. Which is pretty amazing given that Jack Kemp is dead.
I saw Bob Dole about fifteen years ago when I was a DC intern, outside the Watergate Safeway. He was already senile.
