Universities had smoking areas up to two years ago.
When I walk past the local junior highs or high schools with all of the No Smoking signs, it always makes me think, “these kids must smoke like chimneys!”, when it’s probably just for safety, like the perimeter sidewalk.
Honestly this guy have serious mental illness
Context?
Him again?!
Long story short: it is the celebrity kid that allegedly threatened to shoot a school in the US so they deported his back to Taiwan. Needs help.
There’s media darlings and then there’s this guy: the media wants something to happen so they report any single thing he does, from picking his nose to picking a girlfriend. Building it up, so to speak…
Mine was inside my bathroom when I moved here 12 years ago, probably still is lol
Oh it gets better. Aside from the roasting in the comments, someone realized this:
Exactly the same photo, exactly the same 8.8 million
The previous one was in Sanchong
Now it’s in Tucheng
This is Howl’s Moving Castle, right?
Water damage clearly visible on the ceiling. Not only would you have your hands full renovating, you’d have to go cap in hand upstairs and deal with neighbours to organise fixing the leak.
So it’s also the scammer’s home
Looks like it needs some TLC
I say Tucheng, you say Sanchong.
Potato Patatoe.
Right on cue, grisly double murder in Tucheng in broad daylight:
Husband beat up his wife so she called the police, the next day he killed his wife and her sister on the street in broad daylight. They have two daughters too.
Can’t see without login. Looks like this
Another article on this with details.
She had a restraining order against the husband. After a court hearing where all were present, he followed them in the car and murdered them.
Bought the knife just days before for this.
Your daily reminder that restraining orders don’t protect you.
And also that this kind of thing will keep happening when you date “bad boys”, especially in a country where a lot of men still view women as property.
F&ck this is depressing.
I’m not generally a fan of the death penalty but I could be talked into an exception with this guy.
Guy
Police are unable to protect victims 24 hours a day, so after placing a restraining order, victims should remain vigilant at all times
Arguably, potential victims need to be more vigilant because of a restraining order.
This is a clear example of a law enforcement failure.
I think the death penalty is fine when it’s beyond a shadow of a doubt as to who the guilty is.
I have zero moral issues with it. I just don’t like the State deciding it.
