Attributing the alleged attack to the nature of her OnlyFans content, Kiaraakitty informed Taiwanese journalists on Feb. 10 that she had reported the incident to the local authorities.

However, Kaohsiung police clarified the following day that no such report had been filed and urged her to issue an apology for tarnishing the reputation of the city

If courts in the ROC are worth a damn, these Gold Card holders will be able to fight their revokation because of lack of proper notice. People do this all the time for lawsuits; you need to be properly served or the suit isn’t valid.

They’ll probably refuse to hear it and/or confirm the verdict.
There is definitely a problem with the office, either overwhelmed or doesn’t care.

Amazing how they came up with CCTV footage of her accomplice getting into costume but they cant come up with shit when people want to make traffic reports filming themselves crossing the road.

Is it a Gold Card office thing? Or an NIA thing? IIRC NIA makes the decision.

Sure, that. Seems there’s one person doing it. I don’t know.

Now I think that’s why they gave her three years instead of five. Two already passed even though she was let in after 2023. So theoretically it’s five.

I would assume they were paid for that, in addition to travel expenses? I hope MOFA hasn’t put itself in a situation where it could be reported for hiring people without a work permit.

She recently uploaded a video on YouTube about it, which was part of a Twitch live stream. Another important detail is that in her Gold Card application, she mentioned the 3-year penalty, but it was still approved by the immigration authorities.

Additionally, she had already arrived at Taiwan’s airport when immigration refused her entry. She had to book a return flight to Korea and wait for about 5 hours in a detention room, guarded by a security officer. This made her feel like a criminal, as she wasn’t allowed to be in the lounge or at the boarding gate

I’ve been Banned from Taiwan?

Jinnytty (企鵝妹) has faced issues in Taiwan before, in February 2025 she was not allowed to take photos or videos at a cosplay fair in Taichung. But she decided to interview the cosplayers outside the venue instead.
