An Italian friend got married with his Taiwanese wife.
They have been married for almost 4 years now.
He has an ARC, being a student at a government approved Chinese language school.
He wants to quit studying Chinese and get a JFRV.
He needs a Certificate of Non Criminal Behaviour from Italy.
He has a clean Criminal Record.
This Certificate is only valid for 3 months.
He applied it already twice, but it is invalid by the time he gets it.
His government wants to put to many stamps on this document and thereby takes too much time to get here.
The first time, he asked his father to take care of it, but when he received the document they did not add an English translation with it (at that time only 3 days left).
The second time, he asked his cousin to take care of it, but when he received the document, it was already expired.
Is there any way he could speed up this process to apply this JFRV?
Any suggestions?
