Does anybody have any information about the proposed nuclear waste site in Taidong County?
AFAIK, There is a news black out in effect.
According to Taipower, the Taidong County Government has agreed that one million barrels of waste are to be buried at four separate sites in Taidong: Dawu, Daren, Taimali, and Jinfeng. Here is an article with more details: epochtimes.com/b5/3/9/12/n374456.htm
Xu Qingyuan, the Taidong County Commissioner, says that no such agreement has been reached.
