Met up with some friends of friends this morning for coffee — they arrived in Taiwan last fall. They mentioned hearing about a home baker in Tianmu (Zhongshan North Road, Section 7) named “Hope,” whose husband is American. Apparently she’s been baking bread for quite some time.
