Who owns / sites the masts here? Is it the gubberment, or the network operators.
Is it possible to find out where the mast locations are, in a given area?
I’m interested in the coastal zone south of Hualien, if that helps any.

Whoop - although that’s crazy. Is that all there is in Hualian? So everyone’s phone is pinging in to one central town mast, or one other out in Ji-An. So much data just floating around.
The green star points the spot where I’m having reception issues (in a valley). It’s better if I ascend, but presumably it’s best to get direct line of sight to either A or B.
If line of sight is the thing, is it possible you’re actually connecting to the one in Wanrong Township?
