WCIF a music shop that sells banjos?

I am looking to buy a banjo. I live in Kaohsiung, but I am willing to travel to other cities.

Anyone know any music shops that sells banjos? Websites would be ideal so I could see what kind of banjos they have for sale.

Thanks in advance!

Sandman will undoubtedly know where you can find a banjo. Irritate the crap out of him and send him a PM.

Iris Hstu will also know

No one knows (besides the two member mentioned above, but haven’t replied to me)?

Anyone seen a music store that sells banjos at all???

Look up Tony’s Music 阿通伯 in Taipei. I always used to see a cheap 5 string there, around 12k. Give them a call first before hauling it to Taipei though.

Well I got mine in the UK, but Tony’s have had one lying around for a while (I believe it’s an SX). I don’t know if they still have it though. I’m sure you could call them and I believe they’ll post it to you anywhere on the island for a reasonable rate.

I bought mine in Banciao just of Section 1 of Jhonshan Rd. It is just down the street towards Wenwha Rd from Figaroawed wedding store. I pm’d you as I will go ahead and sell it because I just don’t have the time to practice. Has a case, electronic tuner and I have a book or 2 around here somewhere. I quoted a price but I am a little flexible but since I have only (tried) to use it a few times, I would like to get most of my money back. Let me know. I haven’t advertised it yet.

Ok. Got it. coming from south, exit at Banciou train station. Find your way to the blue line going south with a terminal station of Far Eastern Hospital OR Youngning. Either will do fine. Get off at Jzongshan. Go out exit one and go to the left. That is back toward main station taipei. Watch for FIGAROWED store on your right, across the street. Don’t cross. Turn left at the corner. If you get to a police station at the next corner, you have gone too far or the place has closed. If closed, go back to Banciao train station and find the outside pub at the bottom of the Christmas tree sculpture, have a few of the good dark ales, then call me and I will bring the good scotch and we can go from there.

The Zhongshan MRT station is in Taipei, not Banqiao. I suspect you mean the Fuzhong MRT station, which is one stop beyond the Banqiao MRT station.

On this site, I wonder what is the hell difference between a “Reply” and a “quick reply”. Come on let’s just make it easy. This commication with Mouse has made it clear that this is not so easy. HELL!, I’m an old fart and don’t need complications. To “Mouse”, I sent a PM. With this site BS, you probably didn’t receive but it is a new SAMKO and my number is
