I’ve given up on finding proper weights here, so how about a pull-up bar? You know the ones with an adjustable width that you can install in a doorway? Come on guys, surely someone must have a contact for this or at least know an American supplier that will ship to Taiwan? My body is not pleased with me in the slightest right now.
