I’m looking for a non stick cooking spray. Does anyone know if they are available in the Taipei area?
Something like this: www.iherb.com/Spectrum-Naturals-High-He … =null&ic=5
And no, you cannot buy cooking sprays from iherb to taiwan, its not permitted.
Thanks
What a terribly wasteful use of all that extra material for cans and propellant, when you have oil on the shelf anyway. Have you tried just using olive oil applied with a brush?
and , No, i have not seen them anywhere in Taiwan. Sorry
I have seen PAM non stick spray at wellmans in tianmu and willie’s deli in tianmu
Bakery supply stores usually have it.

You see, some people, just some, care about their daily fat intake and macro nutrients for the day. Cooking spray allows people to cook without the use of oils. good for baking as well.
1 tablespoon of oil is equal to 120 calories by the way.
Thanks for you info, I will most likely check out wellmans as I saw some people saying the same thing, I just hope they still have it in stock.
Also, is willie’s deli near wellmans? I’m not sure where that is.
Yes, it’s near. From Wellman’s, walk north until you cross the Tianmu traffic circle, then turn ENE or thereabouts into the first alley. Go about 100 m and it’s on your right. But pricewise, you’re likely better off with a can from a DIY baking shop.
