Where can I find easily accessible and for free higher resolution satellite or aerial images than on Google maps?
Did you ever see the page that pops up when you click on coordinates on a Wiki page? It might be worth having a look at.

Good idea, thanks! Unfortunately none of these services seem to offer significantly better resolution.
I’m hoping there is some local Taiwanese resource that I just don’t know. Like those government satellite photos which they use to find changes to buildings, or illegal rooftop additions.
