I see a lot of foot massage places, but I am looking for someone real qualified that knows foot reflexology.
I went to one quack that said he knew reflexology, but he just massaged my foot and charged me 600 NT.
A real reflexologist knows how to clear your sinus by pressing your toes, or relax your neck muscles by pressing the bottom of your foot.
I don’t think I can trust any of the foot massage places in Taiwan.
Any recommendations?

I’ve had a real reflexologist in the US before that knew what he was doing.
Like I mentioned, a real reflexologist cleared up my sinus and relaxed my neck muscle (albeit temporarily) by pressing on my foot and toes.
I thought there would be plenty of real foot reflexology here in Taiwan since it is based on Chinese acupuncture.
But apparently, it is more rare than I thought.
i have a good reflexologist also from the Philippines. the filipino word for that is “hilot” it relax the muscle and it is good for the mild nerve pain patients who needs alternative medication.

I don’t believe in qi and all that, but yeah it works. Like acupuncture. The Canadian Olympic team (and I imagine others) has an acupuncturist and not because they are wild-eyed hippies. Because it works.
I prefer to go to the foot massage places run by blind people, because they do receive training and are licensed -used to be exclusive job for them. Got a couple near my house which are not bad -got cute guide dogd in them 
. Dunno about clearing my sinus and other stuff but it really makes you feel better all over.
They just recently opened a Japanese one, don’t know yet what’s different but he has all these pictures with explanations and it is a small but very busy business. Only foot stuff.
