WCIF someone who can help me add a snap to a children's costume?

My kid likes to wear a Halo Master Chief Halloween costume even when it isn’t Halloween. It isn’t really intended to be worn so often for so long, so the velcro that holds the back of it together is weak.

I think I would like to add a snap or a button to strengthen the hold. Does anyone know where in Taipei I could find someone who could add this for me? Something like in this video below

There are usually sawing repair booths in the department stores. They probably can help you add a snap with a small fee.
