WCIF used computer stores in Taipei?

For me, who does not live in Taipei, the answer is not obvious: are there any stores in Taipei that sell used computers?
And if there are, do any of them carry older (like pre-OS10.5) Apple computers (Macs)?
:thanks:

There are a few shops around the computer market, as to what they carry, well, I couldn’t tell you.
The computer market is close to Zhongxiao Xinsheng MRT station, it’s called Guangha Digital Plaza, but you really want to have a look on Bade Road web.trtc.com.tw/img/ALL/Route2200/089.jpg

You could also contact people like Nam at Nationwide; when his customers upgrade, some might be willing to part with a current system to defray their cost. I’m guessing he’s more likely to have PCs and notebooks, not older Macs, but I could be wrong.

From personal experience:
-A used computer will cost more than a barebones one you built yourself It will also run worse than the used one you bought.
-Go to Chunghua Telecom in Hualian, grab the yellow pages you want to find used/recycled computer shops which there are many and Hualian probably has some. You can search throughout the country.
-Ask an internet cafe, they sometimes sell old computers, but see point one.

The shops normally specialize in parts and not computers from what I’ve seen, YMMV.

There is a used computer store near my home in Tuchen - Yongning exit at the south end of the blue line. Directions are a bit complex but walkable from the MRT. If anyone is interested, pm me.
I have never been in the store but it is PACKED from front to rear with used stuff and has a large DIY sign on the building. If they don’t have it, it probably isn’t available.

Thanks everybody - i’ll check those places out next time i am in Taipei and have some time.
