Well-being in Taipei

Hi everyone,

This is my first post. I am currently doing my graduation research project in Taipei city. It is about how city dwellers define well-being and how they incorporate it into their everyday life. I would like to hear your stories - whether you are in Taiwan for study, work, travel and etc - how you think of well-being in this new environment.

Ideally, I would like to meet with you over coffee ( it will be on me!) and talk about it - around 30 minutes - 1 hour. If it works for you better, email is also great. If you are interested, please send me a message. Thank you in advance

Hi there,

I am interested in meeting you to discuss about this, let me know if you have the time and we can arrange a meeting.

Also I thought it might be of interest to you, I work with an organization that hosts regular meditation, qigong and other events for ex-pats who live in Taipei city, it’s called the East West Culture Project welcome to check it out for your self, (http://www.eastwestcultureproject.org).

Sincerely,
EL

You are in the wrong city if you are looking for ‘well-being’. Try Taichung/Kaohsiung.

Happy to do a lunch talk on this topic, although I’m not sure if you’ll get a representative sample of opinions on this topic if all your interviews will be people on Forumosa.
Anyway, PM me if you want to talk.

Hi LC, I’m also interested in this topic and I’d be happy to meet with you to discuss it. I’ve been living here for about a year so I have quite a few related stories. Please PM me if you’d like to set up a time to talk.

hello @eclussier, @baberenglish, @elburro, @albull,

Thanks so much for your interests. Apologies that I did not check back until now. I wished I had listened to your stories.

Happy New Year.
