What are some legal streams of income for ARC holders besides the main job?

Hi, I am an ARC holder who’s looking for ways to earn more income outside of my main job. Since local freelance work are off the table, what are some legal ways to do so? Would I have to report the earnings to the National Taxation Bureau in Taiwan if the income is sent to and Taxed by the US? Are the below options legal?
1.Overseas freelance work on Upwork
2.Earning income as an Youtuber
3.Teaching English online
If you happen to have an online business or profit generating Youtube channel, I would love to hear about your experience on how to make sure everything is legal.

Yes.

Theoretically no, since you would need a separate work permit. However, it seems like in practice, the immigration office doesn’t care too much, especially if you keep a low profile and pay your taxes.

Passive income streams (stock dividends, rental income, etc.) are the safest bet, since you don’t need a work permit.
