What are the best foreigner friendly banks in Taiwan?

IT FLIPPING WORKED! dunno when they made this change, but now CTBC went from a steaming pile of manure to a just a normal shabby TW bank.

Iā€™m a citizen and they only gave me NT$30k credit limit on the CTBC China Airlines credit card. I had it increased to NT$250 after uploading some income on PDF files.

However I do like the Chinese website for reviewing my credit card use.
The English app on the phone has enough basic information for me as well.

Just in the process of opening personal bank account at DBS.

Pleasant service so far.

What kind of math is that? 30,000 to 250 is a steep decrease rather than an increaseā€¦

I do hope theyā€™ll treat u well, maybe they have changed.

Now that I am a customer every time I go to the branch they r very pleasant, but it took way too much effort to become a customer.

250k

For the account name, does the monthly statement say your chinese name only or does it also show your english name?

Iā€™ve heard DBS gives unlimited free ATM withdrawals and transfers at other banks ATMs just because they have no ATM network of their own. This true? (If you were told this)

i think its 20 bank transfer per month

but for 30million or usd 1million deposit its unlimited
