As you can see from some of the responses, you might be able to start your own private practice as a clinical social worker helping those (mainly foreigners) who are suffering from various mental health issues. That said, I have an MSW which I haven’t really used here but, but it did get in the door for various teaching jobs.

Huh, and here I was thinking your bs was mostly in Philosophy. 
BA in English Philology, MA in Language Teaching, and CELTA. The last one is especially helpful if you want to teach here.
