Hi

Next time I’m in taiwan this July I will apply a married ARC

What documents would I need and do I need to take theses documents to my Australian Taipei embassy to get changed in to mandarin.

I assume you want to stay after marriage.
What you need is visitor visa for the purpose of marriage. This type of visa can be exchanged for residence visa (marriage based ARC) after marriage.

After marriage:
Make sure you already have all required documents for this before coming to Taiwan. Some documents must be translated and be authenticated by an R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas mission in Australia.

Applicants who apply for a Resident Visa after having arrived in the R.O.C. (Taiwan) are required to present also one photocopy of the Visitor Visa and the immigration entry stamp.
