Yep, during my stay in Australia I met two guys from Liverpool. One of them had personality troubles I think, was stealing in supermarket and liquor shops, first time he talked to me I thought he was speaking German or some kind of Dutch.

thats not personality trouble, he probably thought you still needed a criminal record to get into Australia.
