We’re outgrowing an otherwise fine apartment. I’ve been shown incredibly dirty apartments with broken fixtures. Unoccupied places with no seal on AC wall slots do accumulate a lot of outdoor grime. I could look beyond the grime and repair needs if there were any other positives. There must be a lot of apartments out there that are unoccupied and in poor condition. All this leads me to wonder what happened to ‘face’ and why it doesn’t seem to apply in this situation.
