I dont know why but there has been a rash of HORROR films these days. I mean for the last few months the only new releases were some horror film about some ghost kid or some chainsaw massacre stuff. Then even some of the sci fi movie has taken a horror twist. Ones like “War of the World” is just a big disappointment, I mean it’s like a horror version of Independence Day but hell, ID4 is waaay better compared to this knockoff (and possible Scientology propaganda)
Then there’s Land of the Dead, some japanese film that seems to be based on some biological mutant kinda like Resident Evil or something. Why don’t they have anymore funny movies like Wayne’s World or Naked Gun trilogy. I really enjoy those movies even though the special effects were next to none, but you get a real good laugh out of them rather than a heart attack…
