Wow, that sounds really unpleasant actually. Oil in the nose. 
Wouldnât that be uncomfortably warm after melting though? I have a few bottles of coconut oil in my apartment and theyâre still solid, despite it being about 27°C here.

More difficult was the amount of oil dripping down my face and on to my neck. Should probably do that in the shower next timeâŚ
coconut oil has a higher than average melting point for sure. I popped it (like a half a spoonful) in the microwave for about 20 seconds and stirred it around to make sure it wasnât going to burn me. It felt fine. Smells weird though. Iâm probably never going to be able to tolerate the smell of coconut the same way againâŚ
