Hi, does anyone know about what the immigration interview is like at AIT? I got married a while ago in taiwan, my husband is american and he’s now in the states. we filed the petition for I-130 here (for me) and i also received package 3. i’m now preparing for the police record and other documents so i can soon schedule for an interview. Does anyone know how the interview is like? will they ask me a lot of questions? i’m just afraid that they will turn down my immigration visa…is that possible? i mean, if i obtained every document that they asked for…thanks for your reply…
As long as you haven’t made any misrepresentations in any of your documents, I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Just answer any and all questions honestly.
