Another analogy. Years ago a movie called Apocalypto was released. Or maybe it was another one, but similar name, similar theme. I went on thepiratebay and download it. It was a bit WTF from the beginning, but after some seriously boring several minutes of bullshit and crappy FX I double checked and it turned out to be some Christian crappy movie released around the same time trying to exploit the fame of the original one and through some “message of hope”.
What a waste of time!
Anyway, this band’s looks was to metal bands like that movie to the original.
EDIT: maybe it was some other movie involving aliens or meteors, can’t remember.
Damn… now I need to find that Christian knockoff sci-fi… it was sooooo bad…
