Very iconic melody.
Rockpalast was a rock concert series in Germany we grew up with in the '70s and '80s, featuring the best in rock of that period. Gives me goosebumps when thinking of that time.

I have no clue lol. I try to click on random recommendations on YT. It’s like a 1/100 shot, but this one was a keeper. I saw their Bandcamp says Hicksville, NY.
I was transported to a loud conversation over a dollar draft beer in a dark bar with the band in the way way back, by the bathrooms, way beyond the foosball table.

jazzy, trancey, but with some hip hop and rock influences. Reminds me somewhat of a jazz artist I heard at the detroit jazz fest a few years back. This guy:
But whereas the first leans more towards prog/acid jazz, this leans a bit more into lofi hiphop. It’s enjoyable and a bit more traditionally jazzy than the former.
And for something completely different:
Some really sludgy post-metal. It’s weighty. Very enjoyable, although I think the lyrics are a bit unfortunate at times. Thankfully, I don’t really understand lyrics too well.
