Gross! That can’t be kosher. Or hygienic.
Thanks to Flicka for the link.
Ahhhh! Bonerwurst. Traditional Schwabian delicacy. NOT!
And check it out – doesn’t even look anything like German wurst of any description, despite the German flag on their logo. Looks like yer bog-standard gristle and pink-dyed Taiwanese sausage. What a crock! Only in Taiwan.
Cannibal sausage … papua new guinea
My sausage is also my bone. Bone-a-licious.
I’d like to see the sausage shaped like a chickens claw. That would be the ultimate tribute to our friend ‘the sausage.’
:loco: What ARE those, imitation spare ribs?
Presumably this is a plastic bone? Doesn’t it melt? If it’s real I would be extreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeemly suspicious about where the bones are coming from.
Why is there no sweetcorn with it? Everyone knows the great Bayerisch delicacy of, er, Chinese sausages grafted onto a pork rib, is always accompanied by boiled bright yellow sweetcorn!
I see though from the picture above that they have the correct accompaniment of Cheese Wotsits. Top marks!
I had the displeasure of eating some dominos Taiwan style the other night…
I think what I ate might have been something that slightly looked like what could have been pizza…
As far as those bone sausage things go…pass, thanks
Yeah…where’s the corn?
Let me guess - it had corn, peas and squid on it?
I Googled for bone-in-sausage to see if they’re copying a real product from somewhere, and actually found a couple links. Here’s one.
But careful, I’ve heard those can cause injuries and illness.
I agree about the pizza here being weird. Its more like weird cheese on toast.
I bet there’s some industrial chemical reason for it, something like transferring the heat to the core of the sausage much faster so you don’t have to cook it as long, or some such. Doesn’t mean it would be any better for you of course Undoubtedly quite the opposite.

What were the marketing folks there thinking? Their brand name is ALPRO. Only one letter away from ALPO. :s
