Sorry for the grave dig, but youtube recommended this video to me over the weekends, and it painted a pretty complete picture of the event. It was extremely unfortunate that the Little League World Series decided to begin their crack down on cheating with the team from the Philippines.
Had they been given a couple more years, maybe baseball could have seen an revival in the Philippines.
