What's One to Do When One Suspects A Poster of Smurfing?

A billion moons ago, there was this IP check thing that I didn’t fully understand.

But two IDs from the same IP implied a Smurf. Mike Hunt was my favorite.

Regardless, what’s a poster to do if he or she suspects a smurf? I know it’ snot a big deal, but every little lie makes an angel shed a teardrop of rain.

Should the squeal be utilized? Will each Smurfsqueal be followed up upon?
