What's open this week?

Are any banks or post offices open this week at all? I’ve noticed that some places have signs saying they’ll be open for part of the day on Monday, so I’m wondering if banks and post offices will be open too.

I’m guessing that banks and post offices will be closed at least until Thursday morning. But, you never know, you could try.
