For me, 熟女 [ㄕㄨˊ/ㄕㄡˊㄋㄩˇ； shu2/shou2 nu:3] is a nice compromise between 小姐 and 阿姨. ㄕㄡˊㄋㄩˇ is the usage I learned, but pronunciation differs depending on where you look.
