I used to think seriously about the trip and not just the destination and on what to bring on airplane and plan ahead and prepare and double and triple check and buy things like noise canceling headphones and books and prepare movies on iPad and special clothes and pillows and socks and eyeshades and every travel thing imaginable and business class and upgrades most of the time.
Over a million miles over 40 countries.
Now I’ve found all I need that I don’t usually carry on a daily basis is one thing easily available at local med shop for a few hundred NT$.

I usually have 2 at the gate then maybe bring 4 or 5 on with me. Drink it and try to sleep

I wonder about bringing Xanax on an international flight. Will customs have problem with it assuming you have your script on you?
