Across the street from most major hospitals are wheelchair shops. i don’t know if the rent them but that would the place to look. Adventsist Hospital on bade road has them as well as Cathay that I know for sure.

Yeah, and there’s one in the basement of the 三軍總醫院 tri-services general hospital or whatever it’s called, on Minquan road in Neihu between Cheng2gong1 Rd. and the Min2quan2 tunnels. But I bet they only sell.
