Do any of you know where I can get a Taiwanese Starcraft 2? I’m a bit tired of my 300-400 ms latency with my EU-client. I tried to find a online version, but 1950 NTD is a bit pricey.

Ok, I checked a couple of 7-11 in my lunch break, but they all had the cheap version (NT$ 99), which I believe is limited by playtime. I want to buy the full version though.
Somehow I think I won’t get a cheaper full version, so I thought I should try to order it online. Given my limited knowledge in traditional Chinese (which is more or less zero), I started the tedious process of browsing through the steps with the help of an online translator. I finally gave up, because I somehow got redirected to unknown third-party web-sites (I tried paypal, but somehow I had to go through MyCard?), and frankly didn’t know what the hell I was doing.
So, do anyone know where I can a full version of Starcraft 2 (price irrelevant)?
Guanghua Computer market has full versions in Chinese and at least one store had the English version (two weeks ago when I was there). Price for the English was NT$1900.
MyCard as scratch cards you can buy here for online play, they offer 30 day and 7 day cards if I remember right. All Blizzard games here seems to use them and they’re a pain in the ass.
