Does anyone know where I can find bread sauce (for chicken) and tartar sauce (for fish)?
I don’t know about the bread sauce, or even what it is, but in Chiai (Jiayi) you can find tartar sauce at Wellcome (they had it a couple of months ago, anyhow) and maybe at Carrefour. The people at American Pie might also be able to set you up with some or at least tell you where they get it; they’re good folks…
Consider a trip to Tainan Tesco also; take several bags, though. You always end up buying more than you thought you would…
