I’ll go to england maybe next year so i want to strengthen my listening.where can i buy england series(either “the IT crowd” or other good series is ok)with both english and chinese subtitle?

I would have suggested watching British TV shows on bbc iplayer but currently it is unavailible outside the UK.
Perhaps you might have luck buying them from hmv hong kong, they are UK-based entertainment retailer

I heard someone mention www.1000fr.com also has forums of tv shows , mostly from the US, which have been translated with Chinese subtitles. Although not for commercial or redistribution purposes they also emphatically state, more for purely scholastic purposes.
