Where can i find fluorescent paint or tape?

I am trying to find fluorescent (this means it lights up brightly under UV light, like some parts of your clothes might do at a nightclub) paint or tape. I want to jazz up some shirts for clubbing. Does anyone here know if these products can be bought in the Taipei area? Thanks.

Many 文具店 stationery stores carry little pots of fluorescent poster paint, don’t they? Anyway, you could also try Ba Da art supply, one alley north of Grandma Nitti’s. 台北市師大路83巷8號 Shi1da4 Rd., Lane 83, #8. 23639307.
