Where can I get a credit/debit card with Union pay?

I wonder if there is any bank in Taiwan that can issue a credit/debit card with a Union Pay system?

If you know any bank or have experience getting the card, please let me know.

Just google UnionPay in Taiwan. I found this report a few years ago.

So, apparently Taishin Bank should do it, considering its Chairman at the signing ceremony. You might also want to try HSBC-Taiwan, because Hong Kong banks have been using UnionPay for 15 years or more (can confirm with my other HK bank, but it does not have Taiwan branch).
