does anyone know where i can get my eyelashes/eyebrows tinted in Taipei?? i’ve been asking around but having no luck - please help!

there is nowhere to get this done. i think it’s in part due to the fact that all the women here (taiwanese) already have dark lashes. for eyebrows, they just get them tatooed.
I can confirm that, have not found a place to do it and brought my own kit from back home. Doing it myself now and it works. Has anybody ever tried the to get a perm for their eyelashes? That’s obviously very common here instead.
