Hi there, I’m just wondering if anyone has any experience ordering flowers in Taiwan. Any recommendations on flower shops here. I’m in Taichung.

There’s a very large funeral “hall”/crematorium on ChungDe Rd. across from Shin Min HS, near Chong Yo Dept. store. There are a few florists nearby where you could ask.
