Well you know the massive number of hard boiled eggs that are used in deli and salads?

They sure aren’t going to pay an army of workers to peel them (not to mention food hygiene issues). So they have machines that cooks, then peels hard boiled eggs faster than you can blink.

Something would be shell less eggs out of the bird!
