Articles 6~12 and 26 of The Statute for Preschool Educators

Article 13 of 幼兒教保及照顧服務實施準則 .
If you have a credential to teach at kindergarten, and have a work right or open work permit, and are directly hired by a kindergarten, you can teach English in integrated ways at the kindergarten.
Teaching English to 6 yo or younger kids at kindergartens or buxibans
**Kindergartens **
Anyone without required credentials cannot teach anything legally in kindergartens.
Educators should be directly employed by kindergartens they teach at.
Kindergartens cannot provide work permits for foreigners.
It is illegal that kindergartens provide full or half day English classes, or teach English as a subject. (Just integrated English curriculum is allowed.)
