One of my friends is studying German.
She would like to find some place which she can see German and listen to German.
But she can not easily find a place, she will go to Switzerland two months later.
She wants to stay in this kind of place for an experience.

I think nobody responded because you didn’t add an “s” to “German,” so people don’t know what you mean. Do you mean that your friend wants to meet Germans before going abroad?
If so, there are a number of German people who post on these boards. Perhaps you friend can post the question to them (there is even a German discussion board).
I remember once my friend was all excited because his mom was getting a foreign exchange student from Switzerland. My friend wanted to practice his German, but it turned out that the guy only spoke French and was a real turd.
Quoted because I get a kick out of the use of the word “turd” in reference to a French speaking person from Switzerland.

I suggest Wendel up in Tienmu, they have a monthly “Stammtisch” every first Thursday of each month, starting at 6pm (according to the website of our pseudo-embassy).

She could try her luck at the hostels on 13 and 22 floors over KMall, on Zhongxiao West Road over the road from Taipei Main Station. There are often travelers who would be delighted to have someone show them round town. Apart from that ich spreche sehr schlecht Deutsch und koennte mit Ihrer Freundin schlecht Deutsch sprechen. Sometimes it’s good to speak a language you speak badly with someone else who also speaks it badly, as the badness you have in common makes you more equal and therefore possibly more at ease.
By the way there are German lessons on Education Radio every day.

I’m a German exchange student to NTU this semester, I’m guessing there are quite some Germans here that like to learn Chinese and would also speak German with you. I’d imagine that you could also find lots that would just hang out with you if you’re somewhat fluent.
What kind of level are we talking about here?
