Never saw pretty places in Belgium, other than countryside…ended up in Brussels
Ypres or Spa. Seems there are some very nice places.

Guessed that from the two-striped red and yellow flag. Didn’t pay attention to the palm trees.
I see a tall gray wall but I can’t figure it out, and I haven’t figured out your verbal clues, so I’m going to go with another wild, blind flag guess: Cuenca, Ecuador.
